Foods to Avoid

Mainly, everyone should be on a low carb, low gluten, low dairy, pescetarian diet. It's very difficult to stick to, but I guarantee that anyone who follows this diet will actually be healthier and more energetic (after the first three months). The first month most people will be feeling weak and tired, because the body cleanses during that time. Below is a list of foods that should be avoided. Anything in red should be considered very bad for your health, and should be completely cut out of your diet.
